With a lot of excitement, I present you our first WELLNESS RETREAT - in MEXICO!

This experience is going to be a DREAM for me, as well as for you. We will share in community as we love to do, meet new people, strengthen relationships, connect with ourselves and flow in a magical space. 

This year I went to my first wellness retreat in Cancun and it marked a before and after for me. We will be accompanied by the same life-changing resources I experienced and that's why I made this retreat for you, so that you can live it too.

During the session, the facilitator uses the instruments to create a soundscape that helps balance the body's and mind's energies, facilitating deep meditation and rejuvenation.
  • Breathwork & Ice Bath
    Breathwork and ice baths are powerful practices often combined to enhance physical and mental well-being. Breathwork involves controlled breathing techniques that can help reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and improve emotional regulation. Participants engage in specific patterns of inhalation and exhalation to influence their physical state and mental focus. Ice baths , also known as cold water immersion, involve submerging the body in cold water for a short period. This practice can reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, and boost the immune system. The combination of breathwork and ice baths can enhance the body's resilience to stress, improve circulation, and provide a profound sense of fulfillment and mental clarity.     This therapy alternates between a hot sauna and a cold plunge to enhance health and wellness. This combination promotes overall physical and mental well-being.
