    A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants lie down and are immersed in sounds and vibrations produced by instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. These sounds are designed to induce a deep state of relaxation, reduce stress, and promote emotional well-being. During the session, the facilitator uses the instruments to create a soundscape that helps balance the body's and mind's energies, facilitating deep meditation and rejuvenation.
  • Breathwork & Ice Bath
    Breathwork and ice baths are powerful practices often combined to enhance physical and mental well-being. Breathwork involves controlled breathing techniques that can help reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and improve emotional regulation. Participants engage in specific patterns of inhalation and exhalation to influence their physical state and mental focus. Ice baths , also known as cold water immersion, involve submerging the body in cold water for a short period. This practice can reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, and boost the immune system. The combination of breathwork and ice baths can enhance the body's resilience to stress, improve circulation, and provide a profound sense of fulfillment and mental clarity.     This therapy alternates between a hot sauna and a cold plunge to enhance health and wellness.
